Shipping Policy
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days, then shipped out. Delivery typically takes an additional 4–5 business days, so the total estimated time is 6–8 business days from your purchase date.
We offer a flat rate of $6.99 for all U.S. orders, with no hidden charges.
Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order enters processing and can no longer be modified or canceled.
If your package is delayed or shows no tracking updates for more than 15 business days, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and may issue a replacement or refund depending on the outcome.
Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
A modification means changing details of your current order, such as swapping a size or color. If you want to add a brand-new item, it’s best to place a separate order to avoid delays.
Please email us at support@wahoomba.com within the 12-hour window. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for your request. For modifications, specify the exact changes (e.g., “Change size from S to M”).
If your order has already entered processing, we won’t be able to cancel or modify it. In that case, you’ll need to wait until your order arrives and then follow our Exchange Policy for next steps.
Refund Policy
You may receive a refund if your order is successfully canceled within the allowed timeframe, if your return is approved, if your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, or if you receive a damaged/incorrect item that cannot be replaced.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. You’ll also receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated.
Return Policy
You can return an item within 21 days of delivery as long as it is unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in sellable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a return, email us at support@wahoomba.com within the 21-day window. Please include your full name, order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label with further instructions.
Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange within 21 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Final sale items, used or damaged items, and requests made after 21 days are not eligible.
Email us at support@wahoomba.com with your order number, the item you want to exchange, and the size or color you’d like instead. Once we confirm availability, we’ll send you instructions and a return address. Please do not ship items back before contacting us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error (such as sending the wrong or a damaged item). In those cases, we cover all shipping costs for both the return and the replacement.
