How to Submit an Intellectual Property Claim
If you are the rights holder (or an authorized agent), please submit a written notice with the following information:
- Full Legal Name and Contact Information
Include your full name, address, phone number, and email address. - Description of the Intellectual Property
Clearly identify the copyrighted work or trademark that you believe has been infringed. For trademarks, include the registration number and jurisdiction. - URL(s) or Location of Infringing Material
Provide the specific page(s) on wahoomba.com where the alleged infringement appears. - A Statement of Ownership or Authority
Confirm that you are the rightful owner of the intellectual property or have been authorized to act on behalf of the owner. - A Good-Faith Belief Statement
Include a statement such as:
“I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.” - A Declaration Under Penalty of Perjury
Include a declaration such as:
“I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the owner (or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner) of the intellectual property in question.” - Signature

We will review all properly formatted claims within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7 business days. If the claim is valid, we may remove or restrict access to the infringing material, and in some cases, contact the user responsible.
Counter Notification
If content has been removed due to an IP claim and you believe this removal was made in error, you may file a counter-notification. Further instructions will be provided to the affected party via email.
Repeat Infringement Policy
Wahoomba reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeatedly found to be in violation of intellectual property rights.
