We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

B. Missing Return Label

Our packages do not include a return label. If you need to return an item, please contact us at support@wahoomba.com, and we will assist you with the process.

C. Return Process

Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email)
Reason for return
Photos or videos of the product defect (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed (usually within 72 hours), we will confirm whether your return is approved. If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 7 days. Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

D. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
